Instructions for use:
Apply a base and a background color (if desired) and catalyze under the lamp.
Apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel without catalyst under the lamp.
Draw your designs with gel colors directly on the Blooming Gel. Watch the designs disperse naturally for a unique effect.
Catalyze under the lamp once satisfied, then apply a top coat to seal your design.
